J Charles Seafoods Ltd is a 4th generation specialist fish processing business based in Aberdeen, Scotland. It was founded in the 1940s by Wilfred Charles on his return from WWII and is now run by his grandson Andrew. J Charles specialises in the supply of scallops, monkfish, hake, halibut, and rays.
As well as supply to retailers and foodservice, J Charles also offers a direct-to-consumer delivery service.
