Sardine and Olive Pizza

Serves 4, Prep time 20 minutes, Cook time 15 minutes


1 x 105g can brisling sardines
1 thin pizza base
30ml (2tbsp) tomato pizza topping
1/2 red pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced
1/2 yellow pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced
4 black olives, pitted and halved
115g mozzarella, sliced
55g wild rocket


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Evenly spread the tomato pizza topping over the base.
  3. Arrange the sardines onto the base.
  4. Place remaining ingredients attractively on top of the pizza and bake for 15 minutes or according to pack instructions.
  5. Serve with the rocket.
