Sardine and Olive Pizza
Serves 4, Prep time 20 minutes, Cook time 15 minutes
1 x 105g can brisling sardines
1 thin pizza base
30ml (2tbsp) tomato pizza topping
1/2 red pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced
1/2 yellow pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced
4 black olives, pitted and halved
115g mozzarella, sliced
55g wild rocket
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- Evenly spread the tomato pizza topping over the base.
- Arrange the sardines onto the base.
- Place remaining ingredients attractively on top of the pizza and bake for 15 minutes or according to pack instructions.
- Serve with the rocket.
