Both companies have achieved higher level accreditation from EFSIS/BRC. They are committed  to processing fish from sustainable and manageable sources. To assure product integrity, all processes and ingredients are HACCP monitored and comply with the stringent requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The facilities are Kosher approved and the products certified by the Orthodox Union (OU) and MBD, as well as being suitable for Halal production under supervision.
